Founded and operated by the Hark family, the winery stands for authentic, characterful wines that reflect the family's values and vision.

Winery and Vineyard

The vineyards span several villages in the Batroun District at altitudes ranging from approximately 400 to 1,500 meters above sea level. The location at the transition from sea to mountains creates a unique microclimate: daytime sunshine, cooler nights, and a fresh sea breeze—ideal conditions for ripening aromatic grapes. The often stony, terraced slopes challenge the vines, resulting in concentrated aromas and intense quality in the wine.

The family believes that quality begins in the vineyard—not just in the cellar. Therefore, the winemaking process starts with careful maintenance and strict selection of the grapes directly on the vine.

Harvest and Selection: Grapes are harvested by hand at the optimal time of ripeness to create the best foundation for expressive wines.
Gentle Processing: In the wine cellar, processing is carried out with respect for freshness and natural aromas—modern temperature control meets traditional techniques.
Natural Expression of Terroir: The family works with organically grown grapes, emphasizing the naturalness and quality of the wines.
Careful Aging: After fermentation, the wines age differently depending on their style—in stainless steel tanks for freshness or in wooden barrels for added complexity. The final cuvée is balanced with great experience and intuition.
