ADYAR, the ORGANIC wine of monasteries.

The Maronite monks are still maintaining this prestigious heritage by offering a noble and unique wine. Their loyalty to the soil gives birth to a quality wine, which is a genuine success of organic agriculture in Lebanon. The vines cultivated in different regions of exceptional climates and soils, at a 410m and up to 1600m altitude, offer a wide range of terroir wines of different grape varieties; a unique concept in Lebanon. The wine is eventually the sap of the body, the essence of life, and ADYAR is its perfect illustration.

The climate in Lebanon is Mediterranean with some variations linked to the maritime relief and influence. Summer is quite warm and humid on the coast, cooler and drier at high altitudes. Winter is mild and rainy on the coast and becomes dry, even arid, and cool towards the East.
