Description
Viticulture & Vinification
Bordeaux blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot from two high-altitude estate vineyards in the Batroun District:
-
Andoula (950 m) – stony-loamy limestone soil with iron-rich clay components and interspersed limestone slabs (a terroir found in less than 3% of the world's wine regions).
-
Edde Sahlet (450 m) – Dolomite and marl-containing limestone soils.
The vineyards are organically cultivated and the grapes are harvested by hand. Harvesting takes place at approximately 24 °Brix to ensure natural concentration and optimal balance.

A harmonious Bordeaux blend with aromas of ripe cherry, cassis and raspberry, underpinned by fine floral nuances and a subtle mineral earthiness.
The Merlot gives the wine softness and juicy red fruit, while Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc provide structure, spicy accents and elegant, slightly vegetal notes.
