A gentler take on Lebanon’s iconic anise spirit, Arak Fakra Light is bottled at 45% ABV for a smooth, easy‑drinking profile. Crafted in the highlands of Kfardebian (“Fakra”) in Mount Lebanon, it’s traditionally distilled multiple times from local Obeidi and Merwah grapes with fragrant green anise, then rested in clay jars for purity and finesse. Diluted with cold water, it blooms from clear to opalescent, releasing bright licorice, fennel and fresh‑herb aromas over a clean, dry finish - perfect alongside mezze and grilled seafood.
