Description

VITICULTURE & VINIFICATION
The first sparkling wine from Lebanon. The grapes come from organically farmed estate vineyards in Andoula (950 m) and Kfifan (480 m). Both sites are cultivated using dry methods and harvested by hand.

In Andoula, stony-loamy limestone soils with iron-rich clay components and interspersed limestone slabs characterize the terroir, while in Kfifan dolomite and marl-containing limestone soils predominate.

The grapes are gently pressed immediately after harvesting to preserve their delicate color and maximum freshness. The must is cold-clarified and fermented at controlled low temperatures in stainless steel tanks to retain its fruity aromas.

The finished base wine is then fermented a second time in tanks using the Charmat method. This results in fine, elegant bubbles and a particularly fresh, expressive aroma.

TASTE PROFILE
Delicate rosé with fine, persistent perlage. On the nose, aromas of strawberry, raspberry, and rose petals, complemented by nuances of white peach and citrus zest.

Lively and refreshing on the palate, with animating acidity, fine mousseux and a clear, fruit-forward finish.

Style: Fresh, elegant rosé sparkling wine with lively fruit and finesse – produced using the Charmat method.

Alkohol: 11,50 % vol.
