Wine making & fining:
Fermentation in thermo-regulated tanks. Wines are aged for 18 months in new French oak barrels then refined in bottle for 10 to 12 months.
- An intense & deep ruby red robe.
- A complex nose of conifers, spices, rosemary, ginger and chocolate, confirm the very beautiful aromatic potential of this wine.
- Serving temperature: 16-18° C.
- Food Affinities: Excellent with red meat game, strong & spicy cheese.
- Potential aging: 15 to 30 years.
