Entire harvest cluster, temperature control during fermentation, trapping and pumping, pneumatic pressing, light filtration.

- Berries, strawberries, fresh tobacco, sweet spices.

- Serving temperature: 14-16° C.
- Food Affinities: Roast beef, prime rib, Chateaubriand, Tournedos, lamb.
